The Soviet state, to which nationalism, racial prejudice and the like are alien, does not see its mission in conquest and expansion, and does not see the honour of its people in educating them in a military spirit and bloodlust, but in the ideal of building a socialist society. When called upon to strengthen and maintain peace, the union of soviets has always answered in the affirmative.
