Moreover, Subclause 8, Clause 3, the Marriage and Family Act of 2014, explains premature marriage as follows: Premature marriage is marriage while either or both partners are not of the marriageable ages codified in point a, subclause 1, clause 8 of this Act. According to this regulation, marriages involve 18-year-old males are considered premature marriages and are forbidden by the act.
