The misery of the universities begins, as we have seen, already in the primary schools and high schools. To these the Americanism assigns the social function that overshadows all: Being a melting pot of all races and subordinating the mentality of children whose parents and grandparents have not been living separated by continents, but by culture, traditions and language, to the demand of oneness of the adoptive country. Whereas the educational tasks naturally have to step back, the mental individual is being brought intentionally to the formula of normality.
