Actually, it wasn't a joke, I get that this is the most snobbish thing we have seen in Dragon Ball, and due to what was known of him, I took the typical unblemished god of American comics tailored to youngsters (Marvel, DC) as "the gag", but Dragon Ball-esque, (I love the design, eh), what we was known of him, or what looked like they were trying to sell to us (or I misunderstood it, now I see that I did), the greatest exemplar in the said American comics, which are "the presence" and "The One Above All" but for DBSuper.
