Definitions

1. An event or occurrence.

2. That occurs in the discourse of an issue or business and has some link with it.
3. A (relatively minor) event that is incidental to, or related to others.

4. Something that occurs in the course of a matter, a story, etc., and that affects it by altering or interrupting it.
5. An event that causes or may cause an interruption or a crisis, such as a workplace illness or a software error.

6. An event affecting an aircraft, usually a plane crash.
