If thou meet thine enemy’s ox or his ass going astray, thou shalt surely bring it back to him again.

“שׁוֹר שֶׁהָיָה רוֹדֵף אַחַר שׁוֹר אַחֵר, וְהֻזַּק, זֶה אוֹמֵר שׁוֹרְךָ הִזִּיק, וְזֶה אוֹמֵר לֹא כִי אֶלָּא בְסֶלַע לָקָה, הַמּוֹצִיא מֵחֲבֵרוֹ עָלָיו הָרְאָיָה.”

An ox that had been pursuing another ox so it was injured, if one says "Your ox injured it" and another says "Not so, rather it was hit by a rock," the burden of proof rests upon the claimant.
