This is the result of it being an impression. Just as [ink] writing on a sheet of paper becomes reversed if it is transferred to another sheet, and the image [of the seal] also becomes reversed when something is sealed, an image of something is seen in just this way [i.e. reversed] if it is reflected on the mirror.
