Novoekonomichne

Definitions

1. A rural settlement, the administrative centre of Novoekonomichne starostynskyi okruh, Hrodivka settlement hromada, Pokrovsk Raion, Donetsk Oblast, Ukraine, founded in 1768.
2. A former selrada of Pokrovsk Raion, Donetsk Oblast, Ukraine, merged into Hrodivka settlement hromada in June 2020.
3. A starostynskyi okruh of Hrodivka settlement hromada, Pokrovsk Raion, Donetsk Oblast, Ukraine, established p. 2021.

“When we go to the Pokrovsk direction, we have⟳ the Ukrainians claiming that they liberated Novoekonomichne. This is here, but I have⟳ no visual evidence. Now, in the last⟳ sitreps we showed you, uh, Ukrainian presence in the centre and to the eastern part. We also recently had the Ukrainians even operating east of it, but we also had Russians operating in the south of it. So, whether or not Novoekonomichne is actually liberated by the Ukrainians, there’s no confirmation from my side.”
