Haerewith followeth in Print, the Royall Svea Court of Appeale’s Letter of the 30th of April 1707, concerning that no Hundred-Court Judge, whoſe Juriſdiction extendeth unto the Mining Diſtricts, may grant any Regiſtration of Title, or any Proclamation of Sale, upon any mine proprietor’s Real Eſtate lying within the Mining Diſtricts, ſuch as a Farm-holding, Smelter, Quarry, or Wood-land, but muſt remit the Matter from himſelf unto the Royall Board of Mines.
