A prostaglandin analog C₂₅H₃₇NO₄ used topically to reduce elevated intraocular pressure (as in the treatment of open-angle glaucoma) and promote the growth of longer and thicker eyelashes. It is marketed under the trademarks Latisse and Lumigan.
