As the Accused lodged the final appeal [claiming] that ... the Accused and the Deceased had a lover-like relationship between each other, but the Deceased wanted to discontinue the relationship with the Accused in order to begin a love with a new man, so the Accused was provoked into a sudden heat of passion [and] killed the Deceased, [the Court] entertains the following opinion...
