Section 157 Anyone who is a public officer and wrongfully performs or refrains from performing a duty in order to cause injury to any specific person or dishonestly performs or refrains from performing a duty shall be liable to imprisonment from one year to ten years, or a fine from twenty thousand baht to two hundred thousand baht, or both.
