คำนิยาม

1. เจ้าของหนี้
2. ผู้ขายเชื่อหรือให้กู้ยืมทรัพย์แก่บุคคลซึ่งเรียกว่าลูกหนี้
3. บุคคลซึ่งมีมูลหนี้เหนือบุคคลอีกคนหนึ่งซึ่งเรียกว่า ลูกหนี้ และมีสิทธิที่จะเรียกให้ลูกหนี้ชำระหนี้ได้

Section 194 By virtue of the cause of an obligation, the obligee does have the right to demand the obligor to perform the obligation. Furthermore, there can also be the performance of an obligation by [means of] the forbearance of any particular act.
