The City Treasurer, the Acting City Engineer and the City Architect, none of whom had found any of the aforesaid proposals satisfactory, though having given preference to the last named, had moreover submitted a proposal of his own concerning the site for the building lot, situated about the middle of estate number 96, in the as yet unbuilt district of Mariefred, to the west of the future Kungsportsavenyen, and lying between Storgatan on the north and Stora Allee Gatan on the south, comprising an area of 69,696 square feet.
