Because we are anationals, we promote a neutral language. Because we believe the Esperanto movement is now the most suitable power to quickly bring triumph to the idea of a universal language, we promote Esperanto. It is only a necessary tool for us to reach our ideal. Esperanto isn't the goal of our action but only a means of reaching this goal.
