A snide phrase used when declining a request, especially when previously assumed that the request will be fulfilled.
Examples
“Once you know⟳ a plan⟳ has the drugs you need⟳, and once you know⟳ what these drugs will cost⟳, you might think⟳ you'd be done with your due diligence. Ha! No soup for you!”
“And then remember⟳ what I said, if that's the case, then no soup for you! LOL. You get⟳ no reward⟳ meal if you veer off the carb cycle even 1%, that's the deal⟳!”
