A village on the banks of the River Horozhanka in Monastyryska urban hromada, Chortkiv Raion, Ternopil Oblast, Ukraine, first mentioned in 1439, situated southwest of the botanical reserve to which it gave its name, in which snowdrops (Galanthus nivalis) grow in a forest tract of oaks (Quercus) and hornbeams (Carpinus betulus).
