A normal or exaggerated displacement of the uterus in which the organ is both anteverted (tilted forward in the pelvis, often toward the bladder) and anteflexed (bent forward upon itself at the junction of the body and cervix). This position is generally considered the most common and typical orientation of the non-gravid uterus.
