Upon having conducted an examination, the court shall, as it thinks fit, appoint as the representative ad litem the moving party or another person who has given consent. Should there be no one to serve as the representative, the court shall appoint an administrative officer as the representative.

“หากศาลเห็นสมควรไต่สวนพยานหลักฐานเพิ่มเติม ก็ให้ดำเนินการไต่สวนโดยเร็วเท่าที่จำเป็น”

Should the court deem it appropriate to further examine the evidence, then [the court] shall hold an examination immediately and to the extent necessary.

Upon receiving such a motion, the court shall hold an examination without delay.
