Section 147 Accessory means a movable thing which, according to a usual local custom or to the clear intention of the owner of the principal thing, is an item regularly used together with the principal thing for the purpose of managing, using, or preserving the principal thing, and [which] the owner of the thing has, by addition, adjustment, or any other means, brought to the principal thing as an item [which must be] used together with the principal thing.
