Section 1567 The person exercising the parental authority shall be entitled: (1) to determine the residence of the child; (2) to inflict proper penalties upon the child for disciplinary or instructional purposes; (3) to have the child carry out some works as suitable for its ability and station in life; (4) to demand the return of the child from another person who unlawfully detains the child.
