As the Council for Democratic Reform [literally 'Council for Reforming the Democratic Regime of Government with the King as Head'] has [successfully] carried out the seizure of the national government power... it is now ordered [as follows:] 1. the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand, Buddhist Era 2540, shall come to an end; 2. the Senate, the House of Representatives, the Council of Ministers, and the Constitutional Court shall come to an end together with the Constitution;
