“มาตรา ๒๑๕ ผู้ใดมั่วสุมกันตั้งแต่สิบคนขึ้นไปใช้กำลังประทุษร้าย ขู่เข็ญว่าจะใช้กำลังประทุษร้าย หรือกระทำการอย่างหนึ่งอย่างใดให้เกิดการวุ่นวายขึ้นในบ้านเมือง ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหกเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ”

Section 215 [When] any persons, [numbering] from ten upwards, gather together [and] exercise forcible violence, threaten to exercise forcible violence, or carry out any particular act so as to stir disturbance up in the nation, [those persons] shall be liable to imprisonment for not over six months, or a fine of not exceeding ten thousand baht, or both.

“มาตรา ๒๑๖ เมื่อเจ้าพนักงานสั่งผู้ที่มั่วสุมเพื่อกระทำความผิดตามมาตรา ๒๑๕ ให้เลิกไป ผู้ใดไม่เลิก ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสามปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหกหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ”

Section 216 When a public officer orders the persons who gather for committing an offence in accordance with Section 215 to disperse [and] any one [of them] fails to disperse, [that one] shall be liable to imprisonment for not more than three years, or a fine of not exceeding sixty thousand baht, or both.
