คำนิยาม

1. ใช้อำนาจสั่งให้ทำหรือให้ปฏิบัติหรือให้จำต้องทำ
2. ให้เป็นไปตามความประสงค์
3. ทำให้เป็นไปตามกฎเกณฑ์การใช้ภาษา
4. ทำตามสภาพที่ถูกกำหนดไว้
