Section 222/20 When the court has issued an order permitting a class action and the defendant has filed a reply, the court shall determine a pre-trial conference day by ordering every party to attend court in order to carry out the following activities:

“มาตรา ๒๒๒/๒๑ ก่อนวันนัดพร้อมตามมาตรา ๒๒๒/๒๐ ไม่น้อยกว่าสิบห้าวัน ให้คู่ความยื่นบัญชีระบุพยานต่อศาลพร้อมสำเนาในจำนวนที่เพียงพอ... ถ้าคู่ความฝ่ายใดมีความจำนงจะยื่นบัญชีระบุพยานเพิ่มเติม ให้ยื่นต่อศาลก่อนกระบวนพิจารณาที่ต้องกระทำในวันนัดพร้อมเสร็จสิ้น”

Section 222/21 Not less than fifteen days prior to the pre-trial conference day according to Section 222/20, [each] party shall file with the court a list of evidence together with its copies in a sufficient number... If any party has a wish to file a supplementary list of evidence, he shall file it with the court before the proceedings which need to be conducted on the pre-trial conference day are over.

Once the court has completely carried out the activities under this Section, the court shall determine the days for the taking of evidence, of which the period shall not be less than ten days reckoned from the final day of the pre-trial conference.
