Section 210 [When] any persons, [numbering] from five upwards, conspire together to commit any particular offence as set forth in this Second Division and the maximum punishment prescribed for such offence is imprisonment for one or more years, those persons commit an offence of forming a criminal association and shall be liable to imprisonment for not more than five years, or a fine of not exceeding one hundred thousand baht, or both.

“มาตรา ๒๑๒ ผู้ใด (๑) จัดหาที่ประชุมหรือที่พำนักให้แก่อั้งยี่หรือซ่องโจร (๒) ชักชวนบุคคลให้เข้าเป็นสมาชิกอั้งยี่หรือพรรคพวกซ่องโจร (๓) อุปการะอั้งยี่หรือซ่องโจรโดยให้ทรัพย์หรือโดยประการอื่น หรือ (๔) ช่วยจำหน่ายทรัพย์ที่อั้งยี่หรือซ่องโจรได้มาโดยการกระทำความผิด ต้องระวางโทษเช่นเดียวกับผู้กระทำความผิดฐานเป็นอั้งยี่หรือซ่องโจร แล้วแต่กรณี”

Section 212 Anyone who: (1) procures a place of meeting or place of residence for a secret society or criminal association; (2) persuades persons to become members of a secret society or members of a criminal association; (3) supports a secret society or criminal association by giving Things or by other means; or (4) helps disposing of Things which a secret society or criminal association has obtained through the commission of an offence; shall be liable to the same punishment as a person committing an offence of forming a secret society or criminal association, as the case may be.
