Section 83 bis In the event that the defendant has no domicile within the Kingdom, the summons and the plaint instituting the case shall be served upon the defendant at the domicile or office of the defendant outside the Kingdom.

Section 185 If the court finds that the accused did not commit the offence, the act of the accused does not constitute an offence, the case has already been barred by limitation, [or] there is a legal cause by which the accused ought and needs not to undergo the punishment, the court shall dismiss the charge of the prosecutor and set the accused at liberty.
