คำนิยาม

ชื่อสัญญาซึ่งบุคคลคนหนึ่ง เรียกว่า ผู้จำนำ ส่งมอบสังหาริมทรัพย์สิ่งหนึ่งให้แก่บุคคลอีกคนหนึ่ง เรียกว่า ผู้รับจำนำ เพื่อเป็นประกันการชำระหนี้
