คำนิยาม

1. ยึดถือไว้, มีสิทธิปกครอง
2. ยึดถือทรัพย์สินไว้โดยเจตนาจะยึดถือเพื่อตน อันทำให้บุคคลได้มาซึ่งสิทธิครอบครอง ทั้งนี้จะยึดถือไว้เองหรือบุคคลอื่นยึดถือไว้ให้ก็ได้
