Section 46 In adjudicating the civil part of the case, the court must adhere to the facts as seen in the judgment on the criminal part of the case.

Section 131 The inquiry official shall collect every kind of evidence to the extent possible for the purpose of ascertaining various facts and circumstances concerning the alleged offence, to identify the culprit, and to clearly prove the guilt or innocence of the alleged offender.

Section 230 [As for] the case under Section 224, if the party bases his appeal upon a fact, the court of first instance shall first examine as to whether or not the appeal petition can be accepted for consideration.
