Section 4 The provision of Section 276 of the Penal Code, which has been amended by the Act Amending the Penal Code (No. 26), 2560 BE, shall be repealed.

The Senate must give approval or disapproval within twenty days reckoned from the date on which such bill arrives at the Senate, without making any amendment [thereto].
