’Speak to Zerubbabel, governor of Judah, saying: I will shake the heavens and the earth.

“וָאָבוֹא אֶל־פַּחֲווֹת עֵבֶר הַנָּהָר וָאֶתְּנָה לָהֶם אֵת אִגְּרוֹת הַמֶּלֶךְ וַיִּשְׁלַח עִמִּי הַמֶּלֶךְ שָׂרֵי חַיִל וּפָרָשִׁים׃”

At the beginning of April 1944, the Egyptian newspapers publicized the news of the death of Tawfiq Rif'at Pasha, the president of the Fuad I Academy of the Arabic Language.
