“הֲלֹא כֶחָלָב תַּתִּיכֵנִי וְכַגְּבִנָּה תַּקְפִּיאֵנִי׃”

Hast Thou not poured me out as milk, And curdled me like cheese?

“הַנּוֹדֵר מִן הַגְּבִינָה, אָסוּר בָּהּ בֵּין מְלוּחָה בֵּין טְפֵלָה:”

When one vows to abstain from cheese, it is forbidden whether salted or unsalted.

Ten things return the sick man to his sickness, and his sickness gets worse. These are they: eating the meat of an ox, fat, roast meat, bird meat, and a laid egg, and cress, and shaving, and bathing, and cheese, and liver, and some say also nuts, and some say also cucumbers.
