All of Israel has a part in the world to come as it is said in Isaiah 60:21, "And your people, all of them righteous, will inherit the land forever, a branch of my planting, the work of my hands, to be glorified." But these are the ones with no part in the world to come: a person who says there is no resurrection of the dead, a person who says the Torah is not from Heaven, and a heretic.
