הגדרות

Third-person masculine singular vav-consecutive perfect (hence future tense) of דִּבֵּר (dibér).

דוגמאות

“וְדִבֶּר־הוּא לְךָ אֶל הָעָם”

He shall speak for you to the people

“וְנָתַתִּי דְבָרַי בְּפִיו וְדִבֶּר אֲלֵיהֶם אֵת כָּל אֲשֶׁר אֲצַוֶּנּוּ”

And I will put my words in his mouth, and he shall speak to them all that I command him.

“וְנִגַּשׁ הַכֹּהֵן וְדִבֶּר אֶל־הָעָם”

the priest shall come forward and speak to the people

“וְדִבֶּר בְּאָזְנֵי זִקְנֵי הָעִיר־הַהִיא אֶת־דְּבָרָיו”

and declare his cause in the ears of the elders of that city

“וְהַנָּבִיא כִי־יְפֻתֶּה וְדִבֶּר דָּבָר”
