“וַיִּקָּהֲלוּ אֶל־הַמֶּלֶךְ שְׁלֹמֹה כָּל־אִישׁ יִשְׂרָאֵל בְּיֶרַח הָאֵתָנִים בֶּחָג הוּא הַחֹדֶשׁ הַשְּׁבִיעִי׃”

And all the men of Israel assembled themselves unto king Solomon at the feast, in the month Ethanim, which is the seventh month.

“רַבִּי אֱלִיעֶזֶר אוֹמֵר: מִנַּיִן שֶׁבְּתִשְׁרֵי נוֹלְדוּ אָבוֹת? שֶׁנֶּאֱמַר: ״וַיִּקָּהֲלוּ אֶל הַמֶּלֶךְ שְׁלֹמֹה כׇּל אִישׁ יִשְׂרָאֵל בְּיֶרַח הָאֵיתָנִים בֶּחָג״, יֶרַח שֶׁנּוֹלְדוּ בּוֹ אֵיתָנֵי עוֹלָם.”

Rabbi Eliezer says: How do we derive that the patriarchs were born in Tishrei? From where it is written, "And all the men of Israel assembled themselves unto king Solomon at the feast, in the month Ethanim" — that is, the month when the mighty of the world were born.
