There was one of the king's ships which was built in a pond the size of two or three plazas, next to the royal palace. Each of those ships were fifty ells long and twenty ells wide in size, all carefully decorated with gold, silver, jewels, and brocade so that if one were to describe them, many pages would be written. Most of the time, those ships were in that pond, chained like mules in a mule stable.
