A variation of a Nuzlocke where two players team up to play the same Pokémon game version on separate consoles. When each player catches a Pokémon on the same route, those two Pokémon become linked. If one of the linked Pokémon faints, both it and its counterpart can no longer be used for the rest of the playthrough.
