The modern border between Germany and Poland, decreed by the Allies in 1945 and definitely settled upon in 1990, which follows the Lusatian Neisse and Oder rivers (up to a point south of Stettin, then continuing some 50 km over land to Nowe Warpno Lake, and meeting the Baltic Sea just west of Świnoujście).
