  2. A certain school game, which simulates the hunting of the puma with dogs, played with pebbles or chips, usually on a drawn board or a chessboard. One player owns four "dogs" that have to corner the other player's "lion". All the pieces move one square in turn diagonally, with the difference that the "lion" can go forward and backward, while the "dogs" can only move forward.
