(A remedy called) anjūr afšuraj Take ten jugfuls from the pressed juice of sweet and ‘half-and-half’ grapes—(the latter) being those which have a rest of acidity—and two jugfuls from clarified honey, cook gently until it thickens, and use it. One spoonful of this with cold water clears the stomach and strengthens it, too.
